Sleep is an extremely important part of our daily lives, yet for many of us, we are not able to fall asleep easily.   Sleep is a natural state, that your body already knows how to do.  Deep Sleep with Dr Elaine Ryan helps you to establish and maintain your own natural sleep routine.  Using this program helps you to learn how to fall asleep, and stay asleep, naturally and easily.

Deep Sleep with Dr Elaine Ryan is designed to induce natural sleep and designed for ease of use. There is a guided sleep program to encourage your body to relax,  drift off, and all with no effort on your part: just listen.   Elaine has many years of experience designing and implementing sleep programs for people who have difficulty naturally falling asleep.

We have also included Nature Sounds and Time Lapse photography (of Irish Landscapes, including the beautiful Irish coastline and nightscapes) that can be used independently, if you want to switch off at any time and sleep.
