THE simple act of becoming relaxed has many health benefits, although, for many of us, being able to relax can be difficult.

Relax with Dr Elaine Ryan is designed to induce deep relaxation and designed for ease of use. There is a choice of two guided relaxation exercises to encourage your body to relax, with no effort on your part:  just listen.

We have also included Nature Sounds and Time Lapse photography (of Irish Landscapes, including historical castles, dating back to the 12th Century) that can be used independently, if you want to switch off at any time, maybe on your commute to work or school.

Research shows that deep relaxation methods (as opposed to other chill out activities such as watching TV) if practiced regularly, can have numerous health benefits, such as;
