Life Coaching is largely an unregulated industry. There are many courses available that enable individuals to pursue a career as a Life Coach. I am a Coaching Psychologist and a member of The British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Special Group in Coaching Psychology (SGCP) (please see here for more information on the BPS and my other qualifications). The SGCP provides Standard Frameworks for Coaching Psychologists and Professional Practice Guidelines.
