Online Stress and Anxiety Management Course using CBT
I have based this course on stress and anxiety management on the work that I do with individual clients in my practice. Essentially I wanted to provide a CBT course, but without the CBT therapist!
Participants of this course identify for themselves, their own source of stress, their symptoms of stress and anxiety, and are able to develop a personalised plan to manage their individual situation.
By following the course, you will be taught to develop your own CBT package, that is unique to your own experience of stress and anxiety. The stress and anxiety management course makes full use of the fact that it is delivered online. It is unique, in that in addition to offering the standard CBT toolbox of worksheets and homework, it also includes mindfulness videos that can be downloaded to your iphone or mobile phone and relaxation meditations that are in MP3 format and can be downloaded to your mobile device to take with you.
