Your mind is a natural anti-depressant, anti-anxiety machine
Anxiety, anger, jealousy, negative thoughts about yourself are not set in stone in your brain
They are mind states – that you can change
You can Retrain Your Brain.

Moods are automatic, habitual ways of responding to your world.
Most of who you are, is habitual and automatic, but there is a way, to come between what is happening, and what you are feeling.
- You are aware; you are conscious of what is going on around you.
- You are aware of how you are feeling, happy, sad, angry.
- You are not aware of the bit in the middle. The interaction between what is happening, and how you are feeling.
- This is where you can go from out of control, to understanding, to gaining control, to choice.
2 types of people – those who react and those who respond
Reacting to life, is when you pull your hand off a hot stove, it is instinctual and automatic and in this example, useful.
It is not so useful if your automatic, instinctual reaction is to feel depressed, anxious, unsure of yourself or to shout at your partner.
I am going to show you how to respond, how to stand back – what do I need to do to be effective in this situation?
Whether your reactions are causing problems in your career or personal life, I can help solve that problem for you
When you respond; you are in control, you are not at the mercy of your instinctual habitual reactions
I am going to show you how to change your habitual reactions in your brain, and replace them with healthy responses
