Anger Test

Anger is a normal human emotion—but when it’s frequent, intense, or hard to control, it can start to affect your relationships, your health, and how you feel about yourself. This anger test helps you understand whether anger may be a problem for you right now, and what’s most likely driving it.

As well as an overall score, your results will highlight common anger patterns, such as:

  • Irritability and a short fuse
  • Feeling disrespected, criticised, or unheard
  • Build-up of stress, pressure, or burnout
  • Reactive behaviours (snapping, shouting, shutting down, or passive aggression)
  • Rumination (replaying conversations, “I should have said…”)

You’ll receive personalised feedback on your main triggers and patterns, plus a clear next step— to help you reduce the build-up, respond differently in the moment, and recover faster afterwards.

This is an educational self-check, not a diagnosis. If anger is leading to harm, threats, or fear in any relationship, it’s important to seek professional support urgently.
