Online Tests

Choose a test

Welcome to my self-assessment tests. These short, online psychological tests can help you understand what you’re experiencing—whether it’s anxiety, panic attacks, health anxiety, OCD, anger, or more. Each test gives you a clear interpretation of your answers, personalised feedback and a useful next step: relevant articles, professional assessment or a course where appropriate. The generalised anxiety test uses the validated GAD-7 and provides its published symptom score; the other tests are educational pattern checks.

These tests are for education and self-awareness, not diagnosis. If you’re in crisis or at risk of harm, please seek urgent support.

8 questions · About 3 minutes · No email

Choose the test that best matches your main difficulty. The broader anxiety self-check explores coping patterns; the GAD-7 measures recent anxiety symptoms. You do not need to complete every test. If repeated testing becomes a way to seek certainty, use one result as a starting point for help.
